This is a new still in its original sealed protective plastic sleeve zenin teleka also known as phonecard from LaLa Magazine 30th Anniversary in the year of 2007. This phonecard or teleka is illustrated by Matsuri Hino mangaka's (the same artist of Merupuri, Captive Heart, Wanted and more) - VAMPIRE KNIGHT (ヴァンパイア騎士) with Zero and Kaname Clan on the front of the teleka.
Teleka and toshoka are like debit cards that has money in it. Teleka or phonecards are used for making phone calls at the booths in Japan.
