Do you ship international/worldwide?
Yes! Of course we ship worldwide! Please contact us to ask for the specific shipping fees to your country before you purchase any item(s) from our store.

When do you ship your items?
We ship every business days (Mondays to Fridays). International packages will be shipped through Mondays to Thursdays. After receiving clear payment, we will ship your package within 1 business day.

How long will it take to receive my package?
It really depends on what kind of shipping you pay. For example, first class usually takes 3-7 business days. Priority mail will take 2-3 business days. Express Next Day will take 1 day. International depends, please contact me for more information about the shipping dates.

How can I pay for my items?
It's pretty easy! We accept PayPal (the safest way to pay on-line) and postal money orders-----must all be in USD currency^o^!! We somehow do accept US cash or somehow personal checks if a buyer cannot accept using PayPal or postal money orders. But before paying with cash or personal checks, please please contact us first.

Yes, of course!! We can help you to search for your favorite manga or anime series' merchandises. Please give us the mangaka/artist and the names of the mangas or animes so that we can help you to look for specific merchandises. It will be better if you can give us specific details or even pictures of the products. Please contact us for more details^o^!!

Do you offer refunds?
Sorry. By now, we don't offer refund policies since we encountered many cases that end with a bad experience. Therefore, no refunds.

How can I leave feedback for you on eCrater?
Qualified buyers - ones that paid instantly using only PayPal or google checkout will receive an email from "noreply@ecrater.com" with a link at the time the payment was made and again about 20 days later. You must have that link to leave feedback for us. KEEP in mind MANY mail systems put all noreply emails in the trash or spam folder - IF they deliver them at all. AOL is known for not delivering such emails.
